Oh. My. God. It's been more than a year since I last updated, and I do apologize for that. As I've said in my little post on the BBoard, I feel rather bad for leaving behind what was such an important part of me only 2 years ago. I thank you all who are still reading this (and those newbies who are here for the first time, welcome!) for all your support, especially those who've been here and bearing with my slow-to-no updates since 2000.

Honestly, I have no new updates this time, but I will update a little on my own life. I've finally graduated with a Master of Arts in Linguistics degree and life has been very different since then. I've got a job and work full-time now, with very little time for my own hobbies. In fact, I've stopped watching anime and reading manga since I've started working, much to my dispair actually. Anime and manga has been such a big part of my life when I was still in school and it's through them that I've met some of my best friends online and in real life.

In fact, it's also through anime/manga and jpop that I've met my RL significant other (besides Kurama XD;;).

Also, I've been rather involved in an education support group for rural areas of China. I was in Yunnan, China, for Christmas 2005 and 2006.

So in short, my lfie is now split among work, my RL boyfriend (I emphasize RL because I still believe Kurama is miiinneee XD;;;), my family, my RL friends and my education support volunteer work. I'm also planning to do a PhD later so I'm still catching up on scientific papers every now and then. When you only have 24 hours a day and 8 hours go to sleeping and dreaming, and another 8- 10 hours to work, there's not much left.

Well, I really don't have to explain myself to any of you, you know (nyahahah), since yk.com was and always will only be a hobby because I'm not earning any money from it. However, I also think it's only fair that I explain to my supporters and audience where I've been and I'm very sorry about not doing so earlier.

I see many of you are rather displeased or disappointed (or outright angry and threatening me ~_~ but i've chosen to ignore said person) that I haven't been updating. I will not make any promises about updating frequently because .... well, I can't say it's because I have lost interest in YYH - it's a wonderful series and one of my all-time favourites, but I really don't have the urge or the time or both. So anyway, please do keep visiting from time to time if you are free, hopefully I will really return one day.
